Project Brief
This project involved the renovation of an existing office interior to create a contemporary, efficient and construction-ready workspace. The brief required upgrading the internal layout, finishes and services while working within the constraints of the existing structure.
Before
The original interior consisted of outdated spatial planning, limited natural light and uncoordinated services. Existing drawings lacked clarity, and several site conditions were undocumented, creating potential risks during construction. The before condition shows a fragmented layout with ageing finishes and inefficient use of space, highlighting the need for a complete documentation-led renovation approach.
Our Approach
Nexora began by documenting the existing conditions and developing a coordinated BIM model. We worked closely with the interior designers and builder to translate design intent into clear, buildable documentation. Our focus was on resolving spatial constraints, coordinating services and producing accurate interior drawings that supported efficient on-site execution.
After
The renovated interior delivers a modern, functional and visually refined workspace. Improved layouts, enhanced lighting and upgraded finishes have transformed the space while maintaining efficiency and constructability. The after condition reflects a cohesive design supported by precise documentation, allowing the project to be delivered with clarity and confidence.
Documentation Scope
Interior layouts and partitions Reflected ceiling plans Joinery and detailed interior drawings Services coordination Construction-ready documentation
Outcome
Clear documentation and coordinated BIM workflows enabled the renovation to progress smoothly with minimal revisions during construction. The project was delivered on time, with improved build quality and reduced site uncertainty. This project demonstrates Nexora’s strength in supporting interior renovations through documentation-driven design and technical precision.
