Project Brief
This project involved the renovation of an existing office interior to create a contemporary, efficient and construction-ready workspace. The brief required upgrading the internal layout, finishes and services while working within the constraints of the existing structure.

The original interior consisted of outdated spatial planning, limited natural light and uncoordinated services. Existing drawings lacked clarity, and several site conditions were undocumented, creating potential risks during construction.
